    This privacy policy reveals how we at "Baltu Rotas" Ltd. (Baltu Rotas) collect and process your personal data when you visit our homepage www.balturotas.lv and make orders there.

    Which data do we collect


    When placing an order on our homepage www.balturotas.com, you submit your personal data: your name, surname, phone number, address and e-mail address to "Baltu Rotas" Ltd., registration No. 40103127729, which is deemed to be the data controller.

    Baltu Rotas will use your data for executing your order, for communication, delivery, and sending commercial notes, if you have agreed to receive such.

    You are entitled to withdraw your consent to receiving commercial notes any time by clicking the respective link in the commercial note you receive from Baltu Rotas or by writing to Baltu Rotas: info@balturotas.com.

    Disclosure to third parties


    Baltu Rotas will forward your data to the delivery company you choose in order to ensure delivery of your ordered goods.  

    By entering your card data on our homepage you submit them for processing by intermediary service company Paypal or Citadele in order to secure payment for your order.

    Baltu Rotas will never disclose your data to third persons who are unrelated to the execution of order placement and delivery of goods.

    Data storage


    If you place an order without registration on our homepage, your data will be stored in the Baltu Rotas database for two years after placing your last order.

    If you place an order and register as a regular user on our homepage, Baltu Rotas will store your data for one year after deactivation of your profile.

    If you have stated your e-mail address in order to receive our monthly newsletter, Baltu Rotas will e-mail you our news once a month. 

    We care about your data security and will process your data according to the requirements of laws and regulations.

    The Baltu Rotas homepage uses cookies for full site functionality, collection of page view statistics, and with a view to service improvement. A cookie announcement on our homepage informs page visitors of the fact that we use cookies and lets them choose whether to allow us to do so.

    You are entitled to receive information on the processing of your data, to learn which persons have receive your personal data from Baltu Rotas, and to learn when your personal data were edited or deleted for the last time.

    You are entitled to receive the requested information concerning your data or a justified rejection, should it be impossible to provide this information, within a month of your application.

    If you are of the opinion that your data have been processed disaccording to the requirements of laws and regulations, you are entitled to turn to the State Data Inspection, address: Blaumaņa iela 11/13, Rīga, LV-1011.

    Home page usage

    How do I order jewellery on the internet?

    This section describes how to order jewellery via the online shop www.balturotas.lv.

    1. Choose the jewels you would like to purchase. Indicate the size (for rings, bracelets, and necklaces), and click "ADD TO CART".

    2. Once you have chosen all jewels you intend to buy, go to the section "SHOPPING CART" (upper right corner of the page).

    3. Click "PAY" to finish your purchase.

    4. After you have clicked "Pay", the "Payment form" will open.

    5. Now you need to enter your delivery data. Once you have entered the necessary information, press "PROCEED TO PAYMENT"

    6. You will then be guided to the payment system of the service company you chose. 
      • If you choose payment by invoice, you will receive it by e-mail at the specified address.

    7. If your purchase is successful, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. The message will also contain the unique link with which you may view the status of your order.  


    For your attention

    Unfortunately, international postal deliveries have been disrupted due to Covid-19. If you prefer to receive your jewellery at a certain time and place and follow your order status, then choose Fedex/DHL delivery.  

    And you should bear in mind that sometimes it takes time to manufacture the ordered jewel as we do not always have everything in store when you place your order. Therefore, if it is important for you to receive the order until a certain date, please indicate this in the ‘comments’ field as you order, and we will negotiate with you how to deliver in time!

    For all our products we guarantee delivery within 4 weeks to anywhere in the world (this time also depends on the service speed of regular mail).

    Should you happen to purchase a jewel of an incorrect size (e. g., a ring), you may exchange it against the correct size; contact us at info@balturotas.lv for this purpose.

    Return policy

    Return of Jewlery can be arranged by contacting administration. Delivery method will be agreed to accommodate best way for both sides - in person, parcel machine or by mail. Clients have chance to refuse within 30 days form purchase and should be returned in this period. All costs should be covered by client. 

    Cancellation of orders is possible while products are not shipped.


    If you are returning goods from outside the European Union, all return costs, including tax and clearance costs upon receipt, are to be paid by the customer. The same applies in cases where the customer has not collected the parcel and it is returned to us, or if an incorrect address is provided resulting in the return of the parcel to us.

    Clients are refunded using payment provider and information that was used to complete orders. Refunds are paid within time frame of 10 working days.

    All disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions  shall be solved by way of negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached further resolution will be done following the rule of Law in Republic ofLatvia.
